Period of validity
The purchase is valid for one year. It means from the date of purchase the client got one year to finalise the purchased activity.
Non-show customer
If the client will not show within 15min upon the offical start time of the activity the client will be no longer allowed to participate in the surfing lesson. At the same time he/she will be consider as a no show customer. There is no refound of the money in case of cancellation or no show customers.
Returns
At Rocky Point Experience, we strive to provide you with an exceptional experience in every activity we offer. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require the cancellation or modification of a reservation. Below are our refund policies to ensure a fair and transparent transaction:
1) 100% Refund (except promotions): If you need to cancel your activity, you can request a full refund up to 24 or 48 hours (depending on the service) before the scheduled start of the activity. To initiate the refund process, you must contact us through one of the following methods:
a. WhatsApp Phone: Send a notification to +34 674520184 and notify us of your cancellation.
b. Email: Send a message to info@rockypointexperience.com stating your cancellation.
2) Required Information: When contacting us to request a refund, please make sure to provide the following information in your notification:
a. Full name: Provide your full name as it appears on the reservation.
b. Activity name: Specify the specific name of the activity you wish to cancel.
c. Activity date: Specify the scheduled date for the activity you wish to cancel.
3) Payment Refund: Once we have received your cancellation notification and verified the provided details, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used when making the reservation. Please note that the timeframe for receiving the refund may vary depending on the banking institution or payment service provider involved.
We are committed to processing all refund requests in a timely and efficient manner. However, please be aware that certain factors such as holidays or technical issues may affect processing times.
